Zakkaa’s motor manufacturing unit operates a state-of-the-art 36,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility strategically located at IMT Faridabad, Haryana, India. Our integrated operations bring winding and assembly processes under one roof for maximum efficiency. The facility is equipped with 47 advanced machines supporting the complete production flow, from initial winding operations through final motor assembly. This integrated approach ensures seamless quality control, reduced lead times, and consistent output. Our centralized manufacturing setup enables us to maintain strict process standards while scaling production capacity to meet growing demand.
The winding process begins with Slot Insert, followed by Coil Making and Coil Transfer in Cup. The coil then undergoes 1st Forming, Polyester Pink Paper/Glass Tape Covering, Lead Connection, and Terminal Crimping. After Joint Covering and Loose Wire Setting, a Continuity Test determines if the process proceeds to Lacing Thread Knotting or requires Rework. Following Coil Wedge Inserting and another Continuity Test, approved coils move to Final Forming, Date Month Marking, Taping, Final Inspection, and Electrical Parameter Checking before transfer to Varnish.
